I am a sports industry professional who has experience in sports journalism as well as digital and social media storytelling. Creating exposure for sports organizations and growing brands through digital storytelling is a passion of mine.

There is no story that is too small to tell. I am a personal testimony of this. I know this from personal experience as I started college at Broward College, a community college in South Florida. Going to community college for two years helped me start my sports journalism endeavors at the Broward County Athletic Association. Toward the end of my two-year stint at BC, I joined the communications team at Inter Miami CF as a communications intern. Transferring to the University of Florida to finish my degree, I continued to intern for Inter Miami CF where I later transitioned from the communications department to the digital department. While at Inter Miami CF, I helped manage, coordinate, and create content for the team’s social media channels and website. While pursuing my bachelors degree in sports journalism at the University of Florida, I also worked for ESPN Gainesville doing live radio and writing for their website. I also was an intern for the University Athletic Association where I wrote articles for the Gators’ official website, FloridaGators.com.

Currently, I work for the Houston Texans as Social Media Coordinator where I manage the day-to-day posting on all social media platforms, live-posting on gamedays and supporting organization-wide initiatives. It is an honor to share the story of our brand and our players with the world. Being able to connect our brand to our fans and the city of Houston is something that I take great pride in doing.

With all of my experiences, I have found the joy in prioritizing the details while gaining diverse experiences and promoting brand growth while sharing different stories for different organizations in different capacities.
