- Brought in over 1 billion impressions in each of the 2023 and 2024 seasons – the first time the organization had ever reached 1 billion social media impressions in a single year.
- Took our Interactions-per-follower ranking from 32nd (of 32 teams) to Top 5 across the NFL for the 2024 season.
- Manage our weekly content calendar to ensure we hit all partner obligations, cover community and player events, and content differentiation.
- Lead cross-departmental meetings including brainstorming sessions, event coverage planning meetings, analytical recap meetings and more.
- Ideate and execute high-performing social post formats to support organizational initiatives including retail sales, podcast content, and community relations.
- Manage social posting processes throughout the week including live coverage of games and other events.
- Build and execute social media plans for major initiatives including Schedule Release, our 2024 Rebrand, NFL Drafts, Andre Johnson’s Hall of Fame enshrinement and more.

I’m proud of the work we did on this post to showcase the players’ personalities and build a deeper connection between our fans and players.
I had the unique opportunity to lead the social rollout of our 2024 Rebrand. NFL teams rarely get to introduce a new visual identity to their fans, including a new logo, and we worked countless hours in the offseason to deliver a product that the city of Houston would be proud of. We had the most interactions-per-follower and most video views of any team launching new uniforms.
This was a concept that we wanted to try out as a social team and I am proud that we were able to capture this moment at an away playoff divisional game vs the Chiefs.
In 2024, Andre Johnson became the first player in franchise history to be enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Following the rebrand, we immediately turned our time and attention to capture the magic on social media. In my role, I built the plan, traveled to Canton to cover the weekend in person and executed the plan.
This was a collaborative post between our team and the graphics team. I lead our weekly meme meetings where we brainstorm various ideas for postgame memes. This is the second straight year that I have led this meetings and has paid off for us in the end
